What package is the Black Friday discount for?
Take advantage of our up to 50% discount on annual Standard and Pro plans. You can get the new Mira AI shopping assistant at a half price, either with an annual subscription or with a discount on the first 3 monthly payments. We aim to make the transition from the free version to the advanced features of our products— including the new AI shopping assistant— as seamless as possible.
How is the discount calculated?
When you purchase the Mira AI chatbot, you save 50% on the annual (or monthly) subscription price. For the Standard and Pro plans, the Black Friday deal combines two discounts. First, there's the current 30% discount for users who buy the Standard annual plan. On top of that, we've added an extra 20% off for Black Friday. Overall, you save up to 50% compared to the regular price.
How to apply for the discount?
When you log in to your Smartsupp dashboard you will find various banners promoting Black Friday. In every banner there will be a button or link that will take you to the payment gateway with the discount automatically applied. Also you'll see the discount codes in the emails and communications.
